One of the biggest kit launches this summer was always going to be the new Manchester United shirt and Nike have gone with a slightly different design with a black V on the chest. The v celebrates 100 years of Old Trafford which was on the shirts back in the 1909/10 season.
The V will also feature on the black shocks. The keeper shirt will be white with a V in red.
The shirt is on pre-order now from kitbag with a release on the 16/07/09
i think the new kit has a special something to it and unlike the other kits, it represents the anniversary of the many deaths at old trafford.
