Shirt makers Puma have secured a deal to suppy all team kits and training equipment to Newcastle United. The deal sees the end of a long relationship with Addidas.
The deal starts from the start of the 2010/2011 season and due to run for two seasons.
Current shirt sponsors Northern Rock are looking to extend their shirt sponsorship of Championship leaders Newcastle.
The bank are looking to continue the sponsorship for a dithering four seasons. The deal is thought to be worth £10 million but could change according to the league the Magpies are in.
Not football shirts but it’s a great new advert with Wayne Rooney and Fernando Torres fighting out with shooting practice and lasers. It’s all advertising the new T90 boot.
It’s a classic shirt from a great era in the clubs history. Tonight Liverpool face dropping out the Champions League and if they somehow manage to pull through to the next round they’ll need to emulate some of the heroics shown by the Liverpool team of the 80′s.

The other half of happy hammer Russell Brand, Katy Perry has caused a stir in the football shirt world with a new West Ham outfit she wore at the MTV Europe Music Award.
The sexy outfit features the famous claret and blue with West Ham crests on each bosom. The shirt was made by Siobhan Dillon who used a total of three West Ham shirts.
Following the hype created by the US star West Ham will be selling r50 outfits at £300 in total.
Rangers a have a new third shirt to go with their home and away shirt. The shirt is all white featuring sponsor Carling the shirt is made by Umbro

It’s starting to get dark in the UK which can only mean one thing. The return of the yellow ball. It’s a bit dissapointing that we don’t use a orange ball anymore but it often could cause problems for colour blind fans and anyone playing Blackpool.
In the Football League teams will continue to use the regular Mitre ball but in Yellow. In the top flight teams will use the new Nike T90 Ascente Hi-Vis EPL Ball.
There’s some technical stuff about the ball, all you need to know is it’s round, it moves about if you give a real good whack and you can get from the nike store for only ¬£14.70, Bargin.

This morning the members of the soccer AM team found the worst kit in the World. They had three from the league, Everton Away, Newcastle away and this effort from Partick Thistle (pretty cure it was them)
But that shirt was then trumped by a Sunday League team Bar Sixty 2 with an awful multi colored kit which had one pink and one brown sock!
Soccer AM are now on the look out for the worst kit even if your not a professional football team.
The new third kit for Championship QPR will be on sale in the club store on the August 22nd 2009. The limited edition kit will be used for their Carling cup tie away at Exeter. The shirt is made by lotto and sponsored by Gulf Air.
