Umbro have once again come up with a great design for Manchester City. Following from the new home shirt City have a new away shirt. All black with gold lining on the arm joins the shirt once again uses the “tailored by umbro” look which took a bit of stick for the new England kit.
The shirt is on sale from the 15th of August.
Manchester City have their new shirt to go with all their new signings. Latest signing Carlos Tevez had a new Manchester City shirt when he was unveiled. Made by Umbro the shirt features new sponsors Etihad Airways. The shirt uses cutting-edge technology to create a comfortable fit while being breathable.
The shirt can be ordered soon and a very reasonable £36 which is very cheap for a brand new shirt for a top flight team. .
It’s getting closer and closer to the release of the new Manchester City kit and another picture has been leaked.
It’s thought that the pictures come from a presentation to the club, players, and celebrity fans.
The new Manchester City shirt will be on sale on the 18th of this month ready for the 2009/10 season. The new top will be Inspired by the the heritage and history of the club. Made by Umbro the UK based shirt developer will be using the “tailored by Umrbo” process the same method used for the england shirt.
The reception of the england kit was mixed to say the least, but Manchester City fans are known for their style and appreciation of fashion so it should go down well with the blues.
Umbro have been ramping up the PR machine for this launch with a sneak preview seen below, support from Noel Gallagher and Kid British a Manchester band.
We’ve seen the New Manchester City shirt leaked before but there’s been another picture leaked with the new away kit and a third kit. This time the home shirt is different.
The designs look a very traditional design by umbro following on from the England kit released this year.
The new Manchester City shirt for 2009-2010 by Umbro has been leaked on the Internet. Le Coq Sportif have be kicked into touch for Umbro. The sponsor will also change from Thomas Cook to Etihad Airways.
There no news on when the new Manchester City will be released or if that picture is of the actual kit for next season.
